What is Plan My Retreat?
Plan My Retreat builds branded booking pages for retreat operators. Guests pick a room and pay a deposit online; you get the payments and an organized list of who's coming — no spreadsheets or Google Forms.
How much does a retreat booking page cost?
Pricing is a flat fee per retreat: $2,500 on your own Stripe account, or $3,500 done-for-you where we run the payments. A reusable operator dashboard is $5,000 one-time plus about $200/year hosting. We never take a percentage of your bookings.
How do deposits and balances work?
Guests pay a deposit at checkout (typically 50%) and the balance closer to the trip. Both are collected on your Stripe account through one branded page.
How long does it take to launch a booking page?
Most booking pages go live in about a day once you send your trip details, dates, room types, and photos.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build the page for you, and you can edit dates, prices, and copy yourself in the CMS — or update it by chatting with Claude or ChatGPT through our AI connectors.
Can guests book different room types?
Yes. Shared, single, and suite rooms are each priced per room, and a room type marks itself sold out when it fills.
Do you handle the payments, or do I?
Your choice. Bring your own Stripe account and keep full control of payouts, or choose done-for-you, where we run and reconcile payments and pay you out.
